NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
CHRISTMAS GREETINGS FROM THE GLENN MOHR CHORALE
"A Star Still Shines" is a unique collection of original and traditional Christmas songs and acts as a counterpart to the Chorale's original production, "Christmas In Heaven". Featuring the single "Looks Like Christmastime Is here", which receives airplay all over the world, "A Star Still Shines" is fast becoming a beloved holiday classic. The album is available via iTunes and Amazon.com, and limited autographed copies are available exclusively here at GlennMohrChorale.com
Live performance has always been an important outlet for the Chorale, especially during the holiday season, and this year, an old favorite is back. After a 5 year absence, the Glenn Mohr Chorale is performing their original advent production, "Blessed Hope 2010". According to the Chorale's director, Glenn Mohr, "we decided it was time to perform Blessed Hope for audiences again. Over the past 5 years, we've presented "Christmas in Heaven" which is a light-hearted Christmas fantasy. We love "Christmas in Heaven", but with the current economic and social atmosphere we find this season, we thought the message of waiting for the birth of Christ, the hope and promise of peace and salvation were more relevant for our audience - and the chorale members as well. Our mission statement has been to touch hearts and celebrate spirit, and that is exactly what we hope to convey. In this presentation, we meet the prophet Isaiah, John the Baptist, as well as St. Joseph. Each character is confronted and challenged by the impending birth of the Savior, and their lives are changed forever."
As always, these performances end on a joyous note, and as an encore, the Chorale will perform songs from "A Star Still Shines". Glenn, Frances McNamara, and the entire Chorale wish to thank our friends and fans who support us so faithfully during the year. Our best wishes go out to them and their families for a joyous Christmas and a happy, peaceful New Year.

REVEALING EVERDAY MIRACLES
They did everything by The Book. But as audiences cheered, the acknowledgement they so desperately wanted never came ... except for a group of little sisters and a Saint named Jeanne. This is a film about a renegade choir and their 20 year struggle to be heard.
